Sandwiches aren’t available and if there’s one thing followers of these diets miss the most, it’s got to be bread. Luckily, enterprising food-lovers following a keto diet have figured out a new amazing thing. It’s called “90 Second Keto Bread”
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon butter or oil
- 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- garlic powder
In a microwave-safe ramekin or small bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, melted butter, and egg. Stir everything together with a fork until smooth.
Microwave on high for 90 seconds, until the bread has risen.
Let the bread cool, then serve as desired.
To Toast, butter a pan or skillet over medium heat and toast the bread until golden and crispy. Alternatively, toast in a toaster.
